Our faculty is intentionally diverse: blending Eastern contemplative practice and Western coaching frameworks, corporate experience and coaching craft, and deep knowledge in NLP, Emotional Intelligence, ICF Coaching, Generative Change, and Success Mindsets.
Every cohort of Coaching Fundamentals is co-taught by at least two of our faculty, so you train with multiple voices, styles, and perspectives.

Adnan founded Elevate Life after twenty years of corporate experience at P&G and AbuDawood, where he led national sales and trained leaders before he ever called himself a coach. He is the only NLPU and Robert Dilts affiliate in North Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, and is currently on the MCC pathway, ICF's highest credentialing level. He has logged more than 1,500 coaching hours across eleven countries.
Shabeen Mazhar

Shabeen is the Program Director at ELTC. She coaches leaders and professionals through career transitions, leadership effectiveness, and resilience, integrating ICF coaching with Hogan assessment, NLP, and emotional intelligence. She brings a particular focus on burnout recovery and is currently on the MCC pathway.

Rosna coaches in personal development, strengths-based growth, and leadership, with strong corporate grounding from years as an HR business partner across the UAE and the wider region. She is Gallup-certified in CliftonStrengths, and brings a practitioner's view of how coaching lands inside real organizations and real teams.
Ali Imran Baig

Ali Imran is an ICF PCC leadership coach and trainer whose practice draws on NLP, beliefs work, and reflective writing. He brings a story-led teaching style and a keen ear for the language patterns that move clients forward, with particular strength in coaching leaders through transitions and identity shifts.
