Coaching Education pathways
Coaching is sacred for us. It is THE vehicle of change that can take our clients from where they are to where they want to be. Our coaching programs are therefore rigorous, comprehensive and designed give you in depth knowledge, skills and the mindset to serve our world and contribute beyond ourselves. You can take any of our programs to start off your coach education journey or book a call with our Lead Trainer to create a customized pathway for you.
All our coaching education programs carry several hours of practice, supervision, mentoring and written exams. The quality standards as laid out by global bodies are strictly followed.
Emotional Intelligence Coach & Master Coach Programs
Our EI Coach & Master Coach Program (EI Level 2 & 3) are comprehensive programs that not only further develop your coaching skills, but also enable us to go deeper with the client. Coaches learn to use different assessment tools to identify areas of growth for the client and resolve deeper conflicts within the client and the environment.
Coaching Excellence
Our 8 day flagship coaching program is one of the most comprehensive coaching programs in the region. Equivalent to ICF Level 1 (Level 1 approval pending) this course offers the same comprehensive rigor that can be expected of any ICF program. With over 40 hours of synchronous training, and additional 20 hours of practice, we ensure that our trainees uphold the standards set by ICF and other leading coaching accreditation bodies and continue to serve their communities in the best possible way.
nlP Coach
But just learning NLP does not make you a coach. It is how to use each of those tools effectively, appropriately and with the client's full permission in a coaching context that makes a difference. That is how our NLP graduates differ when they call themselves an NLP coach!
Our NLP Coach program is a separate module that adds modules on Coaching to enable you to use the skills learnt during your NLP program as a coach.
