Adnan Hussain- our lead trainer is a seasoned trainer & coach. With a solid corporate background, Adnan has been engaged in education and training for most part of his career which has been his passion.

Adnan is one of the foremost EI trainers in the region. With several batches of EI practioners and coaches, his trainings offer the latest on Emotional Intelligence in Action. Trained with leading global trainers Adnan employs a fresh yet grounded approach. Adnan is also the only authorized and affiliated Dilts/NLPU trainer in the Middle East and Pakistan, an honor that he has been conferred with based on his training skills, understanding of NLP and his passion for his purpose- Inspiring change for good!

But that's not it. Adnan is also an ICF level 2 educated coach with 500+ coaching hours under his belt. He is trained in multiple coaching modalities, such as NLP, mBIT, Generative Change, Emotional Intelligence & Mindset Maps

Level 1: EI Practitioner
A beginner level, yet comprehensive course on Emotional Intelligence that builds the foundational skills needed to understand EI and practices that can be incorporated in our daily lives.
Level 2: EI Coach
Building on the foundations of Level 1, this course focuses on using EI concepts and tools into coaching. Previous coaching experience is not mandatory, but welcomed. Offers upto 30 ICF CCEs (under approval). To qualify as a coach, one must undergo additional hours of coaching practice before being allowed to coach further
Level 3: EI Master Coach
EI Master Coach adds elements of neuroscience, advance EI tools and helps you engage in deeper work with organizations as an executive/ corporate coach.
